For urgent issues that require immediate attention outside of our standard schedule, we offer a priority Emergency Booking service.

Why is there an additional cost? To provide 24/7 rapid response, we maintain a dedicated team on standby and often have to reroute our technicians from existing jobs. To cover these expedited logistics, emergency bookings are subject to a Premium Day Rate.

We want to be upfront and transparent with this service. The cost for one of our skilled technicians to be with you for a full working day (8.30-5pm), at short notice is £400 per day for labour only.
